You will be joining our Ipswich office which has an established Construction team. They are high performing and will support you in your new career.

Your new role

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will become an expert, recruiting into one of our Civil Engineering markets. You will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of candidates and clients and be pro-active in developing valuable, long lasting relationships through your business development and direct advertising. You will be placing the right candidate into the right role and completing the full end to end recruitment process whilst successfully achieving your targets and KPI’s specific to your desk within this results-orientated business.

We are hiring into our Hays Civil Engineering business and those who join will enjoy the opportunity to use our developed platforms and relationships to quickly progress their recruitment career.

What you need to succeed

To succeed as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will have an interest in the Civils environment and be able to become familiar with concepts quickly through formal and informal learning. You will be a fantastic relationship builder and be able to convert relationships from online applications to face to face. You will have a flexible mind-set and will be able to come up with creative solutions to challenges that the market presents.
