It is an exciting time to join the Hays Marketing team! We have big plans and forward-thinking initiatives and are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition ahead across the UK & Ireland. As an integral part of the growing Acquisition team, you will play a vital role in revolutionising Hays’ go to market strategies and paid media operation

Your New Role

  • Working closely with the Head of Customer Acquisition and media agency, you’ll take ownership of performance and growth of all UK & Ireland multi-channel campaigns
  • Analysing reports to identify opportunities for optimisation and campaign improvements
  • Developing briefs into media plans as part of GTM strategies, using industry knowledge and channel experience to create an optimised plan based on targets and audiences
  • Working with internal Design and Content teams to develop best in class messaging and assets for paid media, reviewing performance and optimising creatives to drive acquisition and engagement
  • Alongside the Data team, develop reporting dashboards with key insights and metrics, relevant to media channels and share insights with key stakeholders throughout the business
  • Identify and implement opportunities for growth in new areas, for example through new channels, new user journeys, and campaign types
  • Working with UK and Global teams to identify and amplify Editorial content through paid media
  • Develop a cohesive AB testing strategy to optimise creatives and messaging to drive engagement and performance
  • Development and management of programmatic recruitment campaigns through third parties, growing programmatic from infancy to a core acquisition channel
  • Managing and coaching a media executive

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience owning campaign implementation & execution with a focus on lead generation
  • Experience in planning, implementing, and executing cross channel campaigns, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Display and retargeting
  • Stakeholder management, either agency or in-house
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make sense of large data sets. Previous experience using Excel, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and other data platforms a big plus
  • Experience working with cross functional teams

It’s a bonus if you also have

  • Experience in recruitment marketing
  • Knowledge of a combination of B2B and B2C advertising
  • Experience in, or a desire to learn, third party management platforms, e.g. Sprinklr
