Following significant investment and growth plans within our Engineering specialism throughout the UK&I we are now looking for a national Talent Acquisition Partner to focus on the headcount and development of our Engineering specialism. Its an exciting time to be part of the Engineering business as it continues its growth to be the Top 5 Technical & Engineering recruitment specialist in the UK&I. In order for this to be achieve we need a significant number of new hires, and we need your help to achieve and deliver on our investment. You will be focused on bringing in the best experienced hires as well as trainees to support our key strategic priority.
Your New Role
This role will be focused on attracting, engaging, assessing and ultimately onboarding the best talent in the engineering recruitment market.
You will be responsible for marketing Hays Engineering as the employer of choice, advertising, headhunting, interviewing candidates, running assessment centres and working with the local IR team to drive the increase in headcount. You will need to produce reporting on the attraction and retention of our teams while being solutions focused and presenting the information to senior stakeholders across the business.
