The right candidate will join an established construction team where the primary focus is to contribute for the development of the company strategy and to make sure all objectives long and short are achieved.

Your new role

• Develop, implement and accountable for day-to-day operational systems and processes
• Plan, monitor, and analyse key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operations
• Ensure efficient and timely completion tasks
• Build and maintain relationships with all department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions
• Responsible for procuring, co-ordinating and monitoring performance of utility

What you'll need to succeed

• Effective communicator
• Positive, passionate, and engaging approach
• Experience in mechanical and electrical building services
• Experience in managing MEP
