The Hays Education are currently working with a high achieving secondary school to recruit for available for a temporary position that will start next academic year. For this role you will be required to have UK Qualified Teacher Status, PGCE, and also have experience working within a secondary school in the last two years.

Your new role

In this role will be expected to teach, supervise, and encourage Technology students in both KS3 & KS4 (KS5 dependent on experience). The school is seeking a teacher who can plan and deliver high quality lessons that create a positive classroom environment for all students to reach their learning potential You will need to have good knowledge of the English National Curriculum. You will also need to undergo our compliance which includes satisfactory DfE references and a full DBS.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a confident individual who can motivate students to reach their full learning potential. You will need to hold QTS, PGCE and have extensive knowledge of the UK Technology curriculum. You must have a proven record as an excellent classroom practitioner with experience within last 2 years in the classroom. We are looking for committed, positive and enthusiastic individual who has a passion to raise student achievement.
