Your new role
Currently seeking Support workers for flexible and part-time working. Shifts can be provided up to a month in advance to compliment your schedule. Shifts are allocated on our online portal Hays Hub and will come to you as a notification on your mobile listing the name of the home and hours required. You can simply accept or decline shifts to suit your availability. There are days and waking nights available with flexibility.
What you'll need to succeed
- Six months experience in a Social Care or Healthcare environment in the last two years
- References working in care are essential.
- Excellent communication skills
- Work well within a team.
- The passion to make a difference in people's lives.
