Hays Social Care specialises in providing support workers on full and part time bank basis to a number of national and local organisations. We are passionate about matching the right person to the right job. Due to continued growth we are looking for a number of support workers to work in homes supporting adults with learning disabilities.
Your new role
Currently seeking support workers for flexible and part time working. Full days, half days and waking nights are available. Shifts are generally 0800-2200 or 2200-0800 but there is room for flexibility. These are allocated on our online portal Hays Hub and will come to you as a notification on your mobile Simply accept or decline the shift to suit your availability. Pick and choose the hours that you work. Go out into the community with service users, being a role model and guide for their everyday lives. Some service users can emit challenging behaviour, but you will be working alongside permanent experienced members of staff. Please ask for more information regarding this, as it will depend on which service you are applying for.
