Your new company
In your new company you will be working with a variety of clients around the Lancaster area on long-term assignments, specifically in children’s residential or leaving care settings.
Your new role
In your new role, you will be working with children in EBD, disability or leaving care services. The roles come with a variety of shifts available inclusive of days, nights and sleeps. The positions can often turn in to permanent work if required too.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need to be confident in working with children and have a genuine desire to support the work of the permanent members of staff. Having an NVQ L2 or L3 in Health and Social Care is desirable and being able to drive is a must due to location.
