Adult Support Worker Assistant

Hays Social Care are proud to be working on behalf of a reputable national organisation, to recruit for Adult Support Worker Assistants to join their fast paced, fun loving team on a part time basis.

Within this role, you will be working and providing support to adults, some of which have learning disabilities and challenging behaviour, so this role is perfect for you if you like a challenge!

To be considered for this role, you MUST have a minimum of 6 months experience within Social Care - ideally within the last 2 years. You must be a passionate individual who understands the importance of providing person centred care. Since this role has some Waking Night involved in the role, you must also be comfortable working and staying awake at night.

Amersham
Hazlemere
Aylesbury
Flackwell Heath

Hours Needing cover across locations:-

09:30-15:30 Mondays And Wednesdays
07:00-15:00 And 15:00-22:00 plus Waking Nights
07:00-09:00 And 15:30-22:00 plus Waking Nights Mondays to Fridays
07:00-15:00 And 15:00-22:00 plus Waking Nights Saturdays - Sundays and Bank Holidays
09:30-13:30 And 14:30-18:30 Monday to Friday
09:30-13:30 Sundays
07:00-21:00 various shift patterns

£10.71 p/h. Plus Holiday Entitlement
