Your new company is looking for a Days/Night Support Worker in Workington to work in a residential setting with over 30 adults that suffer from dementia, Huntington’s and substance abuse. The home is growing to full capacity of 15 and has real growth opportunities across the business.

Your new role
In your new role you will be working on a full-time basis as a Support Worker covering Days/Night shifts. As a Support Worker, you will need to combine your professional experience and skills to work with the clients on a day-to-day basis to promote their safety and well-being. Our client is operating at capacity of 12 residents.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be confident in working with adults and have a genuine desire to support the work of the team. To be considered for Night Support Work roles you must:
* Have recent experience of working in similar settings (and be able to provide references) or hold a relevant qualification in Health & Social Care
* Be able to work nights on a permanent basis
