Experienced Supply Chain Coordinator required for an industry leading business based near Solihull
Your new company
You will be working for a business with an international presence who are based in Solihull. You will be part of the supply chain team and will be working as a Supply Chin Coordinator on a temporary contract.
Your new role
As a Supply Chain Coordinator you will need to support the wider supply chain team and will have to help a range of activities ensuring that orders are processed on time and customers are kept up to date throughout the process. This can include raising purchase orders for the correct item, price and location. You will then need to ensure that the subsequent sales orders are then raised and inputted correctly. You will also need to ensure that orders are completed to 99% accuracy in order to meet delivery times. You will then work with the Logistics Coordinator to help with the shipping of international orders, ensuring they are sent within 24 hours.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you must have prior experience within a Supply Chain function. You will be a good communicator and will have good systems knowledge including Excel. It would also be desirable that you have used an MRP/ ERP system, but this is not a necessity for the role.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a long term temporary contract with an hourly wage between £12.50 - £14.50 dependent on experience.
