Stock Co-ordinator/ Controller job in London, £12.17/hr paye OR £15/hr umb, for a client that supports companies on their journey to digital transformation, 6 months+ rolling, shifts between 7am - 8pm

We have an opportunity for a Stock Controller to join an established IT support team at client’s office in Stratford, London.

Your Potential Role.
•Preparation and execution of weekly stock checks in the Techbar and build rooms • Ensuring all stock transactions within the building but also for outgoing and incoming stock are recorded and have an associated ticket. • Manual input of stock transactions • Work with Asset management team to investigate any discrepancies • Document stock management processes. Review and update every 6 months. • Identify and implement stock management best practice where known and seen. • Undertake ticket management from time to time. • Investigations concluded in an appropriate timescale • Maintain & improve Customer satisfaction levels • Understand and adhere to client policies and procedures • Working knowledge of systems tools • Joining an established IT support team of 12 supporting 5000 client users

You are the candidate who.
•Demonstrates relevant corporate behaviours Knowledge, Skills & Experience • Previous experience of stock management • Good working Knowledge of Microsoft Applications • Plans & organises own workload • Proven experience of high standards of customer service • Good administrative experience, attention to detail, ensures accuracy of data, provides data for reporting and processing of information • Excellent Interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills and ability to build relationships at all levels
