Our client is a specialist credit and legal services provider who are looking for a permanent Legal Services Advisor who can work at their Liverpool City Centre office. Predominantly supporting with negligence claims and supporting customers who are going through a difficult time.

Your new role
This role is looking for somebody who has a wealth of Administration and Customer Service experience. You will be providing first response service to new and existing clients, responding to calls and online enquiries, making outbound calls to new enquiries generated multiple marketing platforms. Working with the CRM system to manage cases and ensuring high level of accuracy regarding client data and also ensuring that data protection procedures are followed to guarantee security for clients.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally our client is looking for somebody with a wealth of Administration and Customer Service experience and it would be beneficial if you have a minimum of 12 months experience within client services. Our client is also looking for somebody with excellent telephony and communication skills and have a customer centric approach with a 'can do' attitude.

What you'll get in return
Salary up to 22k, Monday to Friday 9-5pm (1 hour lunch) with a hybrid policy. Full benefits package available.
