Hays Technology are currently recruiting for a System Analyst to join our public sector client in Leeds.

Your new role

As the System Analyst, you will work as a technical project lead for implementation of software solutions, you’ll have excellent training experience with ability to transfer knowledge to peer groups, individuals and staff teams. You’ll have sound knowledge of Microsoft Server Architecture with an awareness and understanding of software solutions.

You will also be responsible for the effective use of deployed software aligning software use with business process / practice and reacting to changing business needs.

What you'll need to succeed

• Extensive experience of working with and providing support of complete business systems for both front and back office.
• Excellent problem solving skills using a methodical and logical approach to achieve required service level agreements
• Substantial experience as a technical project lead for the implementation of software solutions into a working business environment.
• Demonstrable experience of working within Microsoft Server, VMware and Citrix virtual environments incorporating Cisco networking.
• Detailed knowledge of Microsoft server and database environment
• Good technical and non-technical communication skills, both written and oral
• Understanding and use of application integration
• Qualification in either PRINCE2, ITIL or Microsoft Certified Solutions expert is desirable but not essential.
