Your new role

The Software Developer in Test (SDET) is responsible for determining automation strategies, building and executing automation tests, incorporating tests into CI/CD processes, maintaining the tests and investigating and resolving issues when there are failures.

What you'll need to succeed

• Learn Intradiem business and be able to quickly contribute to the team
• Perform all duties related to test planning and execution, especially as it relates to automation
• Analyze features and bugs to determine the best testing approach
• Develop, execute, and maintain Python API code
• Deliver efficient and effective test coverage
• Advocate for quality and continuous improvement
• Formulate automation strategies that best integrate with the product under test
• Strive for Automation-First and Test Pyramid test approaches and QA and CI/CD best practices
• Conduct all business in accordance with Intradiem policies and procedures
• Collaborate with other groups (DEV, Architecture, BA…) to achieve customer delight
• Adopt Test Driven Development principles, perform code reviews, and treat automation code as production code
• Research and provide suggestions for technologies and frameworks that will enhance our testing
