This company have been operating for over half a century and have amalgamated an impressive client base in public, private and commercial sectors. This firm specialise in a range of services, including Water, Wastewater, Telecoms, Power, Flood Defence & Transport Networks, along with key Landfill & Renewable Energy schemes. Your new role
As a result of a busy order book, this firm are currently searching for an experienced Site Manager to join their operational team on upcoming civils schemes. As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation on site. You will compile progress reports, communicating with site teams in order to ensure client time and budget targets are met. You will be required to work to demanding schedules whilst maintaining a focus on health & safety. You will be responsible for ensuring high levels of productivity and efficiency within your team. An experienced Site Manager who has delivered complex Civils & Utilities works will excel in this role.
What you'll need to succeed
A successful Site Manager will be a self-starter, focused and target driven. You will display a competent leadership ability and excellent communication skills. You will have relevant experience working on large scale civils & utilities schemes or frameworks with a proven track record of meeting client time and budget targets. You must have excellent technical ability and expertise. This firm regularly complete £multimillion schemes, the successful applicant will have relevant experience working on projects and frameworks of a similar scale.
