Shipping and Accounts Administrator Job Rugby to start ASAP
Your new role

You will be responsible for liaising with customers and suppliers to arrange shipments, arranging UK and worldwide shipments of the goods, liaising with fright forwarders and couriers, obtaining quotes, preparing import/ export documents, obtaining certified documentation from the chamber of commerce, dealing with custom queries, maintaining export and import records, input new sales orders on to SAGE, send order acknowledgments, chase payments from customers and general ad hoc administrative duties. It is working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

What you’ll need to succeed

You will need to have previous experience within a similar role, have strong communication skills, good attention to detail and the ability to work effectively within a team.

What you’ll get in return

You will have a permanent job opportunity paying £28,000 to £30,000 depending on experience plus an attractive benefits package.
