This role is a fantastic opportunity to utilise and expand your professional skillset at one of the UK’s leading financial institutions, reporting into the Service Excellence Performance Manager and overseeing the workload and deliverables from the team of three service reporting analysts.
In addition to acting as a point of escalation for the three service reporting analysts, your role will see you:
Managing the work intake process through incidents and service requests.
Interrogating IT Service Management data across all ITIL disciplines.
Creating performance reports and assuring the data quality of these reports.
Developing, testing, deploying, and automating existing and new reports using ServiceNow.
Liaising closely with stakeholders to deliver reporting requirements.
If you have experience using ServiceNow as an end-user, know how to create performance reports to analyse and interrogate data, and have a background using the ITSM processes, this could be the perfect role for you.
