Your new company
You will be working for an excellent establishment within the public services industry. They are well known across the country for their duty to support the people who fall within their remit.

Your new role
You will be focusing on building laptops ahead of the M365 rollout that the client is looking to put in place. You will perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques to determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.

What you'll need to succeed
A strong ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills in the resolution of all enquiries in accordance with SLA targets, ensuring that customers are informed throughout. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking IT technical assistance via telephone, email, or in person.

You must be willing to travel to multiple sites to provide support. This will be on a frequent basis.
