Service Desk Manager for boutique technology services company
Your new company
You will be working for a dynamic, innovative, technology services organisation based at their brand new offices in Taunton. You will be working with a team of expert IT professionals delivering cloud based support and services to clients across the UK.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the service desk team who provide support to your clients. You will develop the service including SLA's, KPI's and performance management across the team. You will also be the face of the business for the organisations key clients and handle any major escalations.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need a proven track record managing a service desk team. You will need to demonstrate innovative ideas and the ability to conduct daily scrums for the team. You will need to have customer service experience alongside management experience, and be able to handle difficult customers.
