Service Desk Analyst

  • Location: Peterborough
  • Hourly Rate: £12-£14 an hour
  • Contract role - Perm
  • Shifts Varied from 8pm to 8am - 4 days on 4 days off

Your role will include:

  • Answering incoming contacts from customers.
  • Accurately log incidents ensuring all relevant data is captured whilst logging the incident.
  • To provide a single point of contact to customers.
  • Ensuring incidents are fully managed through to resolution.

You should send your CV if you're interested and you have:

  • Knowledge of IT platforms, equipment and applications.
  • Excellent spoken / written communication skills.
  • Excellent Customer service skills
