Service Desk Analyst - French speaking

Multi-lingual Service Desk Analyst - Global Manufacturing Giant - Manchester/Hybrid to £35K

Prestigious opportunity with a Global Manufacturing Giant for an IT Service Desk Analyst who speaks French! We are based in Manchester and hybrid working is provided.

As one of our Service Desk Analysts you will be responsible for:-

  • Providing IT customer services and user support across all sites
  • Undertaking analysis, diagnosis and resolution of IT incidents
  • Ensuring that SLAs are met, continuing to maintain existing IT processes, manage customer incidents/requests
  • Building excellent relationships with our internal colleagues.
  • Acting as the first point of call for all IT incidents and service requests for our French speaking users
  • Providing 1st and 2nd level support to site-based or hybrid working users
  • Documenting first-time-fixes in the Knowledge Base for IT colleagues, and create FAQ and self-help fixes and documentation for our user-base in a language they will understand
  • Work towards achievement of stipulated KPI’s and targeted metrics set out for the GIS Service Desk.

If you possess a combination of some of the following skills, then LETS TALK!

  • Experience on a Service Desk or providing 1st/2nd line support
  • French speaking either as native French or a 2nd language
  • Active Directory knowledge / User Access Management
  • SCCM
  • MS Exchange
  • Configuration and installation of new hardware and software such as laptops, PCs and printers
  • Ability to deliver IT inductions to new starters which may include basic in-house training in MS Office applications
  • O365 Implementation and Project Support
