Service Designer, £400-475 per day, 6 months, Outside IR35

Who You Will Be Working for

Large public sector organisation based in Scotland. Undergoing a massive amount of physical and digital change that is affecting the whole business

What You Will Be Doing

As a Service Designer you will be responsible for the identification and documentation of all the services/components that form the solution. You will be expected to create support organisational design to show all providers of support, as well as create the route through which issues will be escalated before ensuring In your new role you will take ownership of designing the new support organisation, ensuring appropriate training and knowledge transfer plans are developed and implemented and ensuring an ‘early life support’ model is put in place that is then transitioned fully to the new support model.
