A financial services organisation based in Southampton are looking to recruit a Senior Risk Manager to help lead and develop their team as well as their risk framework.

Your new role
As a Senior Risk Manager you will work alongside the Group Head of Risk in the on-going development and implementation of the organisations risk management framework.

Other responsibilities include:

• Actively manage the performance and development of direct reports and lead the UK and CI Risk Team (consisting of 3 risk professionals)
• Act as the lead for Risk projects forming part of the Risk Plan, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that deliverables are of a high quality
• Support the Group Head of Risk with establishing risk business partnering
• Leadership / People Management
• Oversight and Monitoring

What you'll need to succeed

• Deep technical knowledge and expertise in risk management (risk appetite, key risk indicators, risk and control assessments, incident management)
• Risk framework implementation
• A university degree and / or a relevant professional qualification
• Management background
