Your new company
This is a Manchester based luxury home builder. They build properties with a value of £0.5M to £5M on a new build basis and they are experts in the renovation and refurbishment of dilapidated, and listed buildings. They have been successful for over 50 years and as a result of key project wins, with an already full order book they are recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to continue their growth and deliver superb projects.

Your new role
This is a Senior Quantity Surveyor job for a construction company building high end houses. You would be evaluating projects and assessing cost before works start, scheduling, managing projects on a cost and schedule basis, leading the monthly CVR process, procuring and closing out subcontractor contracts.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience as a Quantity Surveyor on New Build and Refurbishment projects. Ideally you will have a Quantity Surveying degree or be qualified by virtue of experience in the field. You must be able to demonstrate success at delivering full projects from proposal to completion and be confident leading teams in the field to deliver outstanding construction projects.
