You will be joining a Midlands based Property Consultancy, who pride themselves on providing a full range of commercial property services to a range of clients across the UK.

Your new role

Within this role you will be responsible for the management of a wide-ranging commercial property portfolio. You will primarily be covering the Midlands region but at times may be needed to work further afield. Responsibilities will include transition management, compliance, legal responses, lease reviews, property inspections, tenant management, and business development.

What you'll need to succeed

You will ideally be RICS qualified, but this is not essential. You will have demonstrable experience in managing commercial, industrial, and retail property portfolios. You will be able to stay on top of and adapt to new legislative changes related to property management. You will be able to build and maintain relationships, work effectively as part of a team, and be able to prioritise tasks and take a proactive approach to your work.
