Your new role
You will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of portfolio projects are understood and defined. In order to do this, you will build and manage a Portfolio plan, whilst ensuring it is represented throughout the business in accordance to the three year delivery plan. You will also get the chance to work closely alongside the portfolio business relationship manager and assess the intake of new work and new projects.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will have knowledge of project management methodologies and be able to demonstrate this in resource planning and management at a portfolio/programme level. You should also be able to demonstrate capability in budgeting, risk management and change control. Alongside this, you will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with discretion and confidentiality.
