Your new job working as a Senior Open market Technician/ Operations Technician, will be working for an innovative and growing Independent Global Lloyd's Brokers who have been established for over 100 years. Due to substantial growth within their Reinsurance team a permanent position for a Senior open Market Technician has arisen.

Your new job
Your new job working as a Senior Technician handling Open market business means you will be responsible for Completing all post bind activities for the broking teams in an operational capacity by ensuring efficient processes are in place. Provide support and training where necessary and assist with the weekly /monthly reporting. Your new job will be responsible for processing of premium and associated transactions via the core broking systems and the production of placement confirmations and market documentations. Your duties will also include XIS Submissions and query resolutions as well as Client and market query solutions. working with the relevant broking teams while assisting the team with ad-hoc-tasks. What you’ll need to succeed Your previous experience working a Senior Operations technician handling Non Marine Open market business will contribute to your success in securing this role. Previous experience in premium processing and Changing would be an advantage. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products and basic knowledge of London Market information. You will show willingness to continue to develop knowledge of insurance and related issues through formal and informal learning. Other key attributes will include excellent communication skills, written and verbal, being outgoing, organised and able to use own initiative.
