Interim Senior Manager with technology related business transformation programme experience required for immediate start.

Our client who is a leading technology organisation is looking for an interim Senior Manager with large business transformation programme experience to join on an initial 12 month period.

Your new role
Must have experience of working on large business transformation programmes, ideally SAP Success Factors (includes SAP Ariba Guided Buying across the UK, and SAP S4/Hana for Finance). Perform day-day functions maintaining and assigning required leaning modules and training records (e.g. Registration, trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets) and lead for MFB in managing the Learning Management System. Prepare and submit system and training activity reports and results Ability to analyse information and use deductive reasoning to create reports, check for errors and make appropriate corrections.

What you'll need to succeed
Working knowledge of Service Now, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Moodle, gomo. Strong organisational skills to manage workload and meet agreed deadlines Effective verbal, written and visual communication skills. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and interpersonal skills. Comfortable dealing with challenge and conflict using influencing and empathy skills to resolve conflicts.
