Your new role
Reporting to the Head of IT & Digital, the Senior IT Technician will assist with the day to day support of the IT infrastructure.
The role is hybrid with three days in the office and two working from home.

Responsibilities
Proactively participate in the day to day operations and tasks of a busy IT department
Document and deploy technical processes and procedures
Provide a technical escalation points
Assist in the design, implementation and maintenance of new systems and services in consultation with IT Management
Monitor, administer and maintain all IT infrastructure, network, hardware, software and applications
Maintain an understanding and to comply with the groups policies and procedures
Provide cover for the Head of IT & Digital as and when required

Experience needed
Extensive and demonstrable knowledge of Citrix technologies, Microsoft (especially Azure and O365), VoIP systems and LAN-WAN infrastructure.
Excellent knowledge of firewalls and security platforms.
Excellent knowledge of client / server certification processes.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Good working knowledge of the Citrix environment.
Any knowledge of administering CRM applications.
Candidates with a good working knowledge of other CRM Systems such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce, Pivotal, Sage CRM or similar will also be a consideration for this role.
Microsoft accreditation to Associate level is required for this role.
