Due to continuous growth and a recent restructure, my client is looking for an experienced senior HRBP to join this fantastic team on a permanent basis. Your new role
Reporting directly in to into the Group Director of People, Development & Culture, as well as being a proactive member of the Senior Leadership Team and lead the operational HR and employee relations function, within a HR & OD shared service across the group. The successful candidate will be responsible for Leading the development and delivery of the Group People Strategy across the organisation, Lead the HR Hubs, including all employee relations activities, to provide expert advice on all employee relations casework, complex case management and investigations. You will take lead on relevant people related projects including Equality, Diversity and Inclusion initiatives across the Group, whilst implementing solutions aligned to the people strategy. The successful candidate will provide expert input across a range of HR issues and support the Senior HR Business Partners to design and deliver high impact solutions that meet the needs of the group and its workforce, including redesigns and restructures.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have experience of working at a senior HRBP level and be able to Promote the vision for HR by role modelling great personal and team leadership skills whilst taking an active role in ensuring the HR Shared Service model is embedded successfully. You will have experience of working with and ideally being involved in the set up of a shared service function, including the utilisation of HR systems across the workforce. The successful candidate will be ambitious, passionate and be able to see the ‘bigger picture’ whilst understanding and influencing the need for change across the business. As this role will have 4 direct reports and oversee a HR team of 25, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a background in line management at a senior level as well as leading on key projects such as engagement, reward and diversification of the workforce. Experience working within the Education or local authority sector would also be advantageous but not essential.
