Senior HR Business Partner

A Senior HRBP role in Andover paying up to £60,000 pa doe for a multinational consumer goods organisation.

Your new company
A multinational producer and distributor of high quality, well recognised hardware. As part of ongoing HR development, a Senior HR Business Partner is required on a permanent basis.

Your new role
You will form part of the SMT and the wider EMEA HR team, helping to implement new HR and OD strategies, aimed at ensuring best practice that supports future plans.

You will drive positive ER change as part of ongoing cultural development within the business, encouraging a progressive approach to HR engagement and utilisation throughout the brand.

You will take ownership of the HR function within the UK, with a number of direct reports. You will be responsible for the ongoing growth and delivery of an exceptional HR service nationally.

Requirements within the role include:
Driving standardised HR practices, aligning EMEA with best practice successes, leading talent into an ongoing excellence mindset, developing HR offerings and service levels, hands on coaching with HR and wider leadership, supporting recruitment, comp and bens, performance management, L&D and cultural development.

What you'll need to succeed
HR Experience within a retail or sales type organisation where you have managed HR teams. An outgoing, persuasive and developmental mindset, with a desire to modernise and improve processes for business success.

What you'll get in return
