Senior HR Administrator | Full time office based | Manufacturing business | up to £25,000 - £29,000.

Your new company
Our client is a growing tech business who are based on the Wirral, they design and manufacture signage for a variety of industries. An opportunity has become available to work as a Senior HR Administrator reporting directly to the CFO. The primary purpose of the role is to co-ordinate all aspects of the company's day to day HR requirements, working closely with functional leaders to meet their needs across the business.

Your new role
Key responsibilities are to work with management to develop and oversee implementation of a workforce plan, administering new starters and leavers & company inductions, overseeing and co-ordinating disciplinary proceedings, liaising with recruitment agencies, providing management with HR KPI's and building relationships with colleagues and clients.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you must have previous HR experience, be highly organised, self-motivated and be customer focused. Our client would like someone who has a professional telephone manner, be able to build positive relationships and be confidential.

What you'll get in return
Salary £25,000 - £29,000. Hours Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.30pm and Friday 8.30am to 3.30pm. Benefits package available.
