Our client, one of the world's leading Insight Network companies, are looking to recruit 3 x articulate, professional candidates (with client-facing B2B experience) to join their ever-growing team. Our client help to connect decision makers to relevant industry experts, ensuring they can act with complete clarity and confidence when making business-critical decisions. The company's network of experts is the world's largest, with 100's of new experts recruited every day. Due to the company's continued growth, success, they are now actively seeking the right candidates to help to manage their corporate client base. in a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering projects to clients
- Overseeing a small portfolio of 4-7 key B2B corporate accounts
- Assisting in recruiting new experts (solely for the first 3 months, to understand business process)
- Daily interaction with experts over the phone to qualify/assess suitability for client projects
- Working alongside the Business Development/Sales team to discuss ideas/map out users in order to grow revenue in the long-term (up-selling to existing accounts)
- Collaborating with senior team members to program virtual and live content events

In order to be considered for this position(s), it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:

- Minimum of 2+ years' experience in handling B2B client accounts (Account Management/Customer Success/Recruitment, etc)
- Demonstrable client services skills (owned relationships with clients)
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrable commercial acumen
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise activities effectively, while ensuring a high level of accuracy/attention to detail
- Desire to build a career within a global business
- Fun, sociable personality
