An established manufacturing/maintenance company based in Wakefield is recruiting for a Senior Assistant Accountant to work closely with the Group FC.

Your new role
As the Senior Assistant Accountant, you will be focusing on the balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, VAT returns, year-end audit support, variance analysis and much more. This role will essentially cover all month-end and year-end procedures and will provide exposure to all job duties within financial/management accounts.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for and successful in this role, you must have prior experience with month-end procedures such as accruals, prepayments & variance analysis. Ideally you will have worked within a manufacturing setting, have used SAP and be part-way through your accounting qualifications (ACCA/CIMA).
