Your new role
Within this interim role, you will provide administrative support to multiple internal teams and external stakeholders. Your duties will include:
- Meeting coordination and arrangement, including drafting and distributing meeting minutes.
- Interdepartmental liaison, communicating across different teams and maintaining contact with key stakeholders.
- Maintaining Sharepoint site.
- Collating and drafting information and distributing via Mailchimp.
What you'll need to succeed
This is a busy and varied role, you will need to be a pro-active individual capable of managing competing priorities. You will hold excellent coordination skills, the ability to plan and problem-solve. You must have previous administration experience.
Experience within higher education is beneficial but not essential.
What you'll get in return
This role is required until September and there is potential for the right candidate to be extended or go permanent. This role is worked flexibly but you will need to live within commutable distance to Gloucester and be required to attend the office once per month. All IT equipment will be provided.
