Your new company
Your new company is a medical business based in Warwick that is looking for a temporary secretary on a full-time basis for three months plus.

Your new role
As a secretary and audio typist, your responsibilities will include handling and responding to correspondence, scheduling appointments and diary management, dealing with patient queries, sending reminders for appointments and general administrative tasks.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience in audio typing skills in a customer-focused role and have strong word processing skills. You will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and multitask efficiently. The ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment is essential/

What you'll get in return
You get to be part of a friendly, established organisation. This role would be full time 8:30 – 5:30, Monday to Friday, with a one-hour lunch break. A hybrid option is also available when training is completed.
