Your new role

As SAP finance technical PM you will be working within a team of professionals on Various projects including Global Roll outs, SAP Migration and SAP Implementation. A part of your new role will involve drawing up project plans, detail timescales and manage the project from scope through to post-execution review.

You will be given the chance to bring teams of technical individuals together to deliver high priority projects. You will be dealing with direct problem resolution, decision making, and communications through all phases of the project lifecycle.

It will be your responsibility to oversee project that are run by junior members of your team and assist them to make sure that their Projects are staying within the budget and timeframe. This organisation will give you the opportunity to be in constant communication with your team and progress the organisations current implementation scheme. Collaborating across the business to understand the operational needs of the organization to implement accounting process changes.

What you'll need to succeed

You will Demonstrate the ability to lead complex integration projects from end to end within the SAP Business One through the DI API layer and/or B1 Integration Framework with 3^rd party applications such as EDIs, AP/AR e-Invoicing, Ordering Systems, WMS, Expenses, Procurement, etc. You will need strong knowledge of O2C and P2P processes is a must.

Experience in finance system migrations from on-prem to cloud environments is desirable. Experience in projects on Corporate Management Systems and/or Finance Data Warehouse/Data Marts would be advantageous. You will be a Critical and analytical thinker with creative problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity to identify continuous improvement opportunities which will allow you to progress your own personal development and the Projects you are implementing.

Have Strong Working knowledge of common financial terms and key processes. You will be a Self-motivated individual with a high level of integrity and accountability who will have Excellent negotiation skills in addition to the ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and uncertainty. To have Excellent verbal and written communication skills and great at keeping project governance documents updated.
