Your new job role

Your new role as an efficient Credit Controller will be posting cash to ledger and handling around 500 live accounts. A new job role that will include dealing with complex queries in a competent and professional manner. Customer service will be a crucial element of this new Credit Control role and a fantastic phone manner will lead to your success.

Experience in a similar role in a credit control or sales ledger capacity will lead to your success in this new job role. Work prioritisation will lead to your success, the ability to form a great customer rapport will make you successful within this company. You will have experience of approaching roles in a professional manner leading to your success in this job.
