Long term temporary Sales Ledger Job in Perth, Salary circa £20,000 + 35 days AL and free parking.

Hays Accountancy & Finance are working with our established & recognisable client for a Sales Ledger Assistant to join their team on a long term temporary basis to cover Maternity Cover. Salary is circa £20,000 + 35 days annual leave and free parking. Hybrid working will be considered once you are fully trained and there is even the potential to go permanent for the right individual.
Your new role
Working as part of the Finance Team and reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for the completion of end to end sales ledger, including processing invoices, updating records & allocating cash. You will process direct debits, complete basic credit control & manage the shared mailbox. You will also assist with other finance duties including purchase ledger, banking, processing payments and any other duties required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Finance candidate with a strong background of sales ledger and /or credit control OR you will be a recent Finance Graduate to HNC / HND or Degree level). You will be a strong communicator who is able to work to your own initiative as well as part of a team. You will be able to work in a high - volume environment with accuracy to deadlines.
