Your new role
- Sales Order Process through a beposke CRM system
- Taking incoming calls
- Reply to all incoming e-mails
- Process orders received from start to finish
- Inform customers of expected delivery dates
- Liaise with the production team in order to meet the customer order
- Book deliveries
