Your new role

  • Sales Order Process through a beposke CRM system
  • Taking incoming calls
  • Reply to all incoming e-mails
  • Process orders received from start to finish
  • Inform customers of expected delivery dates
  • Liaise with the production team in order to meet the customer order
  • Book deliveries
