You will be working at a regional head office for a construction company in Warrington on a full time permanent basis
Your new role
This role will be based on the corporate front desk where you will be responsible for providing a professional reception service. You will be taking incoming calls and redirecting / answering where appropriate, you will be meeting and greeting visitors, coordinating meeting rooms, ensuring the reception area is clean and tidy at all times, signing in/out of staff and visitors and sorting post and deliveries.
On the administration side, you will be collating information for the construction team, coordinating timesheets and updating trackers.
What you'll need to succeed
This role needs a professional and well-presented candidate who is confident speaking to people at all levels over the phone and face to face. You will need to have excellent communication skills and be a strong IT user.
Previous experience within an office role / reception is needed.
