We are currently working with a leading UK Facilities Service provider, to recruit a Reactive Works Manager to be responsible for the management and successful delivery of all reactive works.

Your new role
Responsible for the planning and implementation of the identified reactive and PPM works across residential and commercial dwellings, this would include:

• Providing and obtaining quotations for works and monitoring expenditure
• Scheduling and seeing works through to completion
• Quality checking all works completed internally and by subcontractors

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in building/property maintenance, either residential or commercial
• Experience in supervising engineers within the maintenance and/or facilities sector
