Quaity Assistant - Macclesfield - 3 Month Contract - 13/14ph - 2-3 Days required on-site (Monday-Friday)

Role Type: Contract – 3 Months – Full time (2-3 days of the week required to be on site.)

In the role of Quality Assistant, you will be responsible for the Quality Management of assigned Quality system and compliance activities for GSQ (Global Supplier Quality) supply chains and suppliers. Your key areas of responsibility, will be assigned in discussion with your line manager, though will be required to learn other areas of the quality system to help support the rest of the team during times of peak workload or holiday coverage.

Your New Role

This includes, but is not limited to, the Quality System oversight and/or performance of the following activities:

  • Product quality compliant, Temperature Excursions or S&L complaint management
  • Deviation inventigations, quality issue management and escalation
  • Quality system element governance as either BPO or deputy BPO
  • SOP management
  • Stability Data entry and Management
  • Training System
  • Self-Inspection Auditing
  • Quality Risk Management

Essential Skills

  • Good IT skills – good knowledge of Excel
  • Strong communication skills both written & verbal
  • Previous administration experience would be an advantage
  • Able to exhibit pro -active behaviours
  • Knowledge of IT systems
  • Customer service experience
  • Interest in working in pharma organisation

Desirable Skills

  • Any experience in Pharma organisation
  • Stakeholder management experience.
