Purchase Ledger - Paying up to £29K - Hybrid or Remote working
Your new company
You will be working for a clothing brand as a Purchase Ledger full time (8am-4pm). This role is based in Nottingham City Centre and offers hybrid or remote working (Will need to go in for ad hoc meetings)
Your new role
•Follow up of E2E payment process (payment run, manual payments), check weekly payment run/bank posting reconciliations incl. investigation and follow up on Issues. Collaborate with Bank, Treasury.
•Vendor Master Data: Ensure accurate and timely creation of suppliers in the corresponding entity and verify requests relating to changes in Vendor Master Data.
•Follow up on system incidents and missing configuration.
•Audit support & internal requests from Finance team
•Involvement and support on future projects
•Investigate and resolve issues for the company and employees.
•AP ME closing activities
•To overlook and provide advice to other offshore team members
What you'll need to succeed
Past employment experience in a finance or accounting role (2 + years)
Verbal and Written English with a preferable second European language
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities at one time
• IT literate with strong Excel
