Permanent Purchase Ledger Assistant - Full-time - Permanent - Potential for some home working - £23-26k

An established organisation, my client is seeking a professional and proactive Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their finance team in Newmarket.

Your new role
Reporting to and working closely alongside the Finance Manager, your role will focus on purchase ledger duties including processing invoices and credit notes, invoice query resolution, statement reconciliations, bank/credit reconciliations and supporting with payment runs and VAT returns.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have strong numerical and IT skills combined with experience of purchase ledger duties. A positive and proactive approach to learning new systems and processes will be key, as will excellent attention to detail.
