A UK based property company with a portfolio of retail shopping centres, industrial units, office space and mixed-use developments. They are currently looking to grow their Manchester team, located just off Deansgate they are easily commutable on public transport. You could also take full advantage of the local bars, restaurants and shops.

Your new role
In this role you will be responsible for delivery and operation of property management across the whole portfolio, though it may include more retail sector properties. On daily basis you will liaise with the asset management team and make sure the properties are managed efficiently and cost effectively.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will be a chartered property/ asset manager with previous experience looking after commercial sector properties. You will be an organised individual with great communication skills.
Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
