Your new role
Working on a new development in the West London area, you will be responsible for providing and operationally efficient environment for clients whilst adding investment value for the client. You will manage the production of the annual service charge budget and ensure the building complies with all health and safety acting as a responsible person in case of an emergency.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced property manager with a demonstrable experience of generating service charge budgets. Financially astute and commercially driven are two attribute you will need to have as well being hard working and proactive.
What you'll get in return
This is a permanent role and offers the opportunity to work on a fantastic development. The role is paying £42,000 + bonus and good pension contributions.
