SME Property Management business in Merseyside seeking a Property Administrator/ PA to MD to support the MD in servicing their clients across Merseyside.

Job Title: Property Administrator
Location: Anfield, Liverpool, office based role
Remuneration: £25,000-£27,000 basic salary, negotiable dependent on experience

A local, well established and highly successful residential property management business is seeking a Property Administrator to support their Anfield, Liverpool office in managing their local Merseyside portfolio. Linked with various local charities they have a varied tenant portfolio including HMOs and supported tenancies. The mixed portfolio includes properties that solely require maintenance responsibility and full property management. This role has come about due expansion of the business and MD wanting to focus on more business development activity and requiring support in the day to day operations of the business.

Reporting into the MD duties include:
  • Covering the main reception area, fielding calls and providing administrative support to property management team and MD.
  • Greeting tenants, assisting Property Managers with residential leases and signing of new tenants
  • Scheduling MD meetings and assisting in preparation for client meetings
  • Going out to property sites to check on contracted works ongoing
  • Assisting the MD in sourcing new client opportunities and new property acquisitions

The role of Property Administrator/ PA will suit someone who has worked in a property environment.
