We are working with a constantly growing medical communications agency that are looking to acquire a range of talent to join their team. They specialise in the development of local diseases, global strategy and have a high level of support within both their marketing and medical team within all aspects of medical communications.
Your new role
As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible to manage the planning and delivery of account activities and programmes to meet client objectives, ensuring quality delivery on budget, on schedule. In addition to this, you will be supporting the planning and delivery of larger projects and programmes to ensure that all output is carried out at the highest level possible.
Other key day-to-day duties that will be required from you consist of, maximising financial control and contribute to the growth of the account with support through proactive suggestions of ideas and solutions that will help the client achieve objectives.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate that our client is looking for is someone who has a passion for digital communications and medicine whilst having experience of delivering face-to-face and online programmes to a high manner, in attempt to generate new business and grow any existing client accounts.
Preferably they are looking for someone with a few years experience within medical communication, so they are able to understand the key disease areas, brand data and competitor landscapes to brief KOLs, writers/editorial team, freelancers and suppliers so that compelling content is created to meet the brand objectives.
